流感真有這麼嚴重嗎？

據熟悉醫藥的朋友都說，這只是新型流行感冒的一種，並不是說感染了就一定會死亡。就算是最普通的感冒，如果不好好治療，也一樣會有併發症的。

澳洲只是把它當流行感冒處理，不至於風聲鶴唳草木皆兵。

但馬來西亞的報紙真小題大作，天天都上封面版；包括號稱第一大報的星洲日報。如果是住在馬來西亞，看華文報的讀者，一定以為像世界末日要來了。

華文報簡直是過份渲染了這新聞，這是典型要弄到大家人心惶惶的心態。

《星洲日報》應該檢討自己處理流感的新問是不是太誇張了？

難道，除了流感，星洲日報不知道馬來西亞還有其他更重要的新聞嗎？
